LMD Lisbon 2007

I qualified from the University of Lisbon in 2007. After one year of working in Portugal, I moved to Edinburgh, the city I’m proud to call home, where I have lived and worked ever since.

Over the years, I have devoted much to my training, attending several courses to improve my knowledge and skills. This enables me to deal comfortably with most treatments, from simple to complex aesthetic and restorative cases. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, but I am particularly passionate about the art and science of “smile design”, biomimetic dentistry, a minimally invasive branch of dentistry that aims to save and maintain the natural tooth structure and clear aligner orthodontic therapy.

I take great pride in delivering high-quality care and will endeavour to make your dental visits as pleasant as possible. You can expect a friendly and honest approach with a complete explanation of treatment options and procedures so that you can make an informed decision about your treatment. My recommendations are always based on your individual goals and what is most clinically appropriate.

I look forward to meeting and getting to know you, and I hope to help address your dental concerns with a helping hand and a friendly smile.
