We ask you to give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel appointments. This is to enable us to fill the now vacant slot and offer the appointment to someone else.
We reserve time in our schedule for you and ask that you be considerate when needing to alter an appointment.
For late cancellations and missed appointments, a fee of £30 per 15 minutes is chargeable.
